Soaring Coaching

This program is for you if you’re determined to achieve significant growth and change in your business over the next 24 to 36 months. Designed to help you aggressively grow your revenue, develop an amazing team, and begin to leverage your business for your ideal lifestyle.

Package includes:

Strategic Planning Session to set direction and goals for the program
Up to a 1-hour coaching session via phone each week to set goals, brainstorm and troubleshoot
Plus 1 live, on-site coaching session every other month (time to be coordinated, travel costs not included)
Access to Online training and planning tools
Up to 1 hour per week critiquing your work
Coach will meet with up to 8 customers, suppliers or Professional Service Providers per year for input about your business
A 4-hour workshop or training seminar every 6 months for you and your team focused on specific content to be identified together (travel costs not included)
Templates and systems as needed
Access to reduced rates by Hawk’s Eye Preferred Providers
Requires at least 7 hours per week of your participation outside of coaching

Climbing Coaching

This program is designed for you if your business employs at least several team members and has strong prospects for growth.

Package includes:

Strategic Planning to set goals and objectives for the program
Up to a 1-hour coaching session via phone each week to set goals, brainstorm and troubleshoot
Plus 1 live, on-site coaching session every other month (time to be coordinated, travel costs not included)
Access to Online training and planning tools
Up to 30 minutes per week critiquing your work
Coach will meet with up to 4 customers, suppliers or Professional Service Providers per year for input about your business
Templates and systems as needed
Access to reduced rates by Hawk’s Eye Preferred Providers
Requires at least 5 hours per week of your participation outside of coaching

Taking Flight Coaching

This program is designed as a maintenance level program if you’ve already completed 2 to 3 years of regular Coaching. It is also recommended if yours is a new business lacking the infrastructure to take advantage of the more in-depth programs.
Package includes:

Strategic Planning to set goals and objectives for the program
Up to a 30 minute coaching session via phone every week to set goals, brainstorm and troubleshoot
Access to Online training and planning tools
Up to 15 minutes per week critiquing your work
Coach will meet with up to 2 customers, suppliers or Professional Service Providers per year for input about your business
Templates and systems as needed
Access to reduced rates by Hawk’s Eye Preferred Providers
Requires at least 3-5 hours per week of your participation outside of coaching
